The Barbera d’Alba Aves by Comm. G.B. Burlotto is a powerful, energic and intense red wine, produced only during the best vintages, when the high quality standard allows a careful selection of grapes, coming only from the most ancient vineyards of the winery. In the glass it is ruby red with purple shades. The bouquet is elegant, with hints of red berries, ripe cherry, forest fruits. The sip is vibrant, juicy, persistent, with a strong freshness. Barbera d’Alba Aves by Comm. G. B. Burlotto is recommended with red meat, traditional first courses, cheese fondue and poultry game.
