Description

The Langhe Nebbiolo by Olek Bondonio is an excellent red wine produced with selected Nebbiolo grapes from the youngest vineyards of the Cru Starderi in Neive. It is produced with spontaneous fermentation and long maceration on the skins, without filtration and with minimal use of sulphites, and then aged for 18 months in large oak barrels. At sight it presents an intense ruby red tending towards garnet. On the nose it is striking for its freshness, accompanied by floral and fruity notes, on a slightly mineral background. On the palate it is harmonious and full, pleasant, characterized by precise tannins and good structure. With a long finish, the Langhe Nebbiolo by Olek Bondonio is perfect to drink in combination with first courses with meat sauce, ribs or medium-aged cheeses.
