The Gattinara Tre Vigne by Travaglini Giancarlo is produced with Nebbiolo grapes coming from three historical vineyards particularly suited and very different from each other, which are assembled during fermentation. After aging for 5 years, part in oak barrels and part in barriques, a full-bodied and intense wine with a bright garnet-red color is obtained. Its aroma is fruity with hints of jam and ripe red fruit. In the mouth it’s full-bodied, warm and tannic. This win is produced only in the best vintages. The Gattinara Tre Vigne by Travaglini is a perfect wine to drink as an accompaniment to meat dishes, such as roast meat or game and seasoned cheeses.
