The Barolo Cerequio by Vietti is produced with Nebbiolo grapes coming from the historic Cerequio cru, one of the most important in the entire Barolo production area. Produced for the first time in 2018, in the glass it shows a beautiful intense ruby red color. On the nose the bouquet is broad and persuasive, with fruity notes of strawberry, plum and cherry, in addition to spicy and balsamic hints. In the mouth it is striking for its harmony and complexity, for its structure supported by fine and well-integrated tannins. Elegant and balanced wine, the Barolo Cerequio by Vietti is perfect to drink in combination with roasts and braised meats, game and mature cheeses.
