The Barolo Lazzarito by Vietti is made with grapes coming from the Lazzarito Cru, from vineyards in a wonderful amphitheatre plot in Serralunga, with South-West sun exposure. In the glass it is ruby red with intense garnet shades. The bouquet is wide and deep with hints of hay, tobacco, white pepper and mint-recalling scents. The sip is robust, enveloping and persistent. The tannic texture is typical of Serralunga environment: dry, austere and deep. Barolo Lazzarito by Vietti is recommended with strong and intense dishes, such as red meat, roasts and braised recipes, game and matured cheese.
