The Roero Bric Aut Riserva by Generaj is a wine of great balance and pleasantness, produced with Nebbiolo grapes coming from the top of a prestigious vineyard in Montà d'Alba, in the heart of Roero region. With a beautiful intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, the nose expresses a rich and fruity bouquet, with notes of berries and black cherries, in addition to hints of violet and rose, light spices on the finish. In the mouth it is round, with pleasant elegance and the right balance, characterized by important and well integrated tannins. A wine with a good structure and a long finish, the Roero Bric Aut Riserva by Generaj is perfect to drink in combination with roasts and braised meats, game and mature cheeses.
