The Roero Bric Aut Riserva by Generaj is a wine of great balance and pleasantness, produced with Nebbiolo grapes from the vineyard of the same name in Montà d'Alba, in the heart of the Roero territory. With a beautiful intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, the nose expresses a rich, floral and fruity bouquet, with notes of berries, cherry and violet. The tasting has a good correspondence with the nose. Round, with pleasant elegance and the right balance, it is characterized by an intense and persistent taste, full body and important structure. The Roero Bric Aut Riserva by Generaj is perfect to drink in combination with roasts and braised meats, game and medium-aged cheeses.
