Barolo Monvigliero by Castello di Verduno is an elegant and well structured red wine made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes coming from the namesake hil, characterised by a great sun exposure. In the glass it is ruby red. The bouquet is fresh and fruity, with hints of berries, jam, sweet spices and a light wood scent. The sip is well balanced, pleasantly tannic, full-bodied. The aftertaste is long and persistent. Barolo Monvigliero by Castello di Verduno is recommended with main courses such as roasts, game or matured cheese.
