The Boca of the winery of Le Piane is made for the the 85% by Nebbiolo grapes, that are enriched by a 15% of Vespolina grapes, that give to the wine some refined spiced signs and hints of honey. The Boca DOC is a structured and complex wine that requires a long aging; it has a ruby red color with garnet reflexes, at nose it develops a fruity bouquet with spicy notes of pepper, licorice and tobacco. In mouth it’s mineral and complex, with a long and persistent final. The Boca of Le Piane it’s a wine that is perfect if combined with dishes of red meat, game dishes, or aged cheeses.
