Description

Barbaresco docg Riserva Bricco di Neive by Dante Rivetti is an extraordinary red wine made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes coming from the namesake cru in Neive. The long maceration on the skins and the slow ageing both in big barrels and in small barriques give life to an extremely elegant wine with an excellent ageing potential. In the glass, it is ruby red with fascinating garnes nuances. The bouquet is wide, intense, with notes of ripe red berries, wild rose, sweet spices and a light hint of tobacco. The sip is elegant, graceful, with a persistent and harmonic structure. The tannic texture is gentle and silky. We recommend Barbaresco docg Riserva Bricco di Neive by Dante Rivetti with stewed or roasted red meat, game and matured cheese.
