Description

Barbaresco docg Bric Micca by Dante Rivetti is a somptuous red wine made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes coming from the namesake vineyard next to the historical Cascina Micca building. A long ageing, both in big Slavonia oak barrels and French oak barriques, softens its austerity. In the glass, it is ruby red with charming garnet shades. The bouquet is wide and composite, with hints of violet, wild rose, little black berries along with sweet spices, chocolate, tobacco and toasted notes. In the mouth, it is full-bodied, dry but surprisingly soft, with a strong tannic texture. Barbaresco docg Bric Micca by Dante Rivetti is recommended with traditional main courses, egg pasta with meat sauces, matured cheese.
