The Barolo by Giacomo Grimaldi winery is an excellent traditional wine, obtained from Nebbiolo grapes coming from the prestigious Terlo and Ravera vineyards. At the sight it has a beautiful ruby red colour, while in the nose it emanates a broad and composite bouquet, with scents of cherries in syrup, prunes on the background of oranges and balsamic notes. It is round and soft on the palate, with soft tannins and a long and persistent final. The Barolo by Giacomo Grimadli is excellent to combine with roast and braised meats, medium-aged cheeses or truffle-based preparations.
