This Langhe Nebbiolo takes his name “Prinsiot” from the historic nickname in piedmontese dialect of the Alessandria family. It’s produced with Nebbiolo grapes that came from “Sotto Orti” and “Campasso” wine yards on the Veduno hills. It has a shiny ruby red color with violet reflexes. The bouquet has elegant and refined scents, with currant, raspberry, dried rose and violet scents. The taste is dry, harmonic, full, pleasantly and fresh. The Langhe Nebbiolo Prinsiot by Fratelli Alessandria is perfect if drunk with first courses, white meats and medium aging cheeses.
