Description

Barolo by Brovia is an elegant expression of classic Barolo, made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes harvested in different crus. All grapes are carefully selected by hand and the vinification follows the traditional methods. In the glass it is light ruby red, with a beautiful transparency. The bouquet is wide and elegant, with notes of cherry, dried flowers, sweet spices, tobacco, toasted wood, coffee. The sip is full-bodied, intense, balanced, with a pleasant tannic texture. Barolo by Brovia is recommended with game, braised or roasted red meat, matured cheese. Great ageing potential.
