This is a typical, elegant Barbaresco wine, produced with grapes deriving from the “Muncagota” territory, situated in the district of Barbaresco. The colour of this wine is dark red, with orange nuances, while the smell is really rich of complex perfumes of violet, wild rose, oriental spices and licorice. The taste is rich and warm, but at the same time persistent. The Barbaresco Riserva Muncagota by Produttori del Barbaresco is perfect if served with platters based on red meat, as roasts or braised beef, game, excellent first courses and seasoned cheeses.
