In the nose it is intense and fruity, with jam, mixed berries, violet scents and a pleasant spicy final. The taste is rich, tannic, harmonic and persistent. We recommend Barbaresco Gallina by Negro Giuseppe with red meat, roasts and braised meat, game and mature cheese.
