The Barbaresco Gallina by Negro Giuseppe is made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes coming from the Cru Gallina in Neive. It has a great ruby red color and a fruity and composite bouquet, with jam, mixed berries, violet and spice scents. The taste is rich, tannic, harmonic and persistent. We recommend it with red meat, roasts and braised meat, game and mature cheese. Barbaresco Gallina has an excellent structure and a great ageing potential.
