Description

Barbaresco PianCavallo by Negro Giuseppe is a wine with great character and style. The typical dark red colour with orange reflexes is one of its main peculiarities. The wine reveals intense and complex aromas, with a fruity hints of blueberries, ripe mixed berries, violet, spices and licorice. The sip is rich and full,pleasantly soft and persistent. Barbaresco Pian Cavallo by Negro Giuseppe is recommended with excellent first platters, grilled red meat, mature cheese, roasted and braised beef. Eventually, this wine has a great ageing potential.
