Giassà Grignolino d'Asti DOC (which in Piedmontese means icy) gives its best when served cold, thrilling for its complexity and great pleasantness. This wine is made in Agliano Terme at Tenuta Garetto, one of Gagliardo family estates. The colour il bright purple red, with semi-transparent garnet shades. The bouquet in intense and straight, with notes of blueberry, raspberry, cardamom, black pepper, thyme and pink pomegranate skin. The sip is fresh, sapid, lightly spicy. We recommend it with light pasta and soups, white meat and fish dishes, light cheese.
