The Barbera d'Alba Superiore by Oddero is a refined red wine, aged eighteen months before being bottled. It has an intense ruby red color with violet shades. The nose is floral, fruity, with scents of strawberry, and black cherry. In the mouth, it is characterized by a good acidity. The after-taste is persistent, a typical Barbera peculiarity. We recommend the Barbera d'Alba Superiore by Oddero with pasta or grilled red meat.
