Description

The Barolo by Oddero is a strong and tannic red wine, produced with Nebbiolo grapes coming from 3 different vineyards of Oddero estate, following the organic vinification rules. It has a shiny ruby red color and a deep and fruity bouquet, with scents of red fruits jam, violet, black pepper, tobacco, licorice, truffle and wet soil. The taste is rich, dry and persistent, with important tannins that give it strength and austerity. The Barolo by Oddero is perfect with roasted or braised red meat and mature cheese.
