Description

Ovello Barbaresco Riserva by Produttori del Barbaresco is a typical, elegant Barbaresco wine, produced with Nebbiolo grapes coming from “Ovello” territory, situated in the district of Barbaresco. The soil of this area is peculiar, since it's made up of clay and limestone. The colour is dark red, with orange nuances; the bouquet is really rich and complex. You can perceive scents of violet, wild rose, oriental spices and licorice. The taste is round, warm, persistent. It perfectly matches with red meat, duck breast, game and seasoned cheeses.
