The Barbaresco Asili of Carlo Giacosa winery is an elegant red wine, produced with a selection of the best Nebbiolo grapes cultivated in the Asili cru in Barbaresco village. The wine has a beautiful garnet red color; the nose is broad and floral with notes of sweet and well ripe fruit. In the mouth its taste is elegant, pleasing, well balanced and with a good structure. The Barbaresco Asili of Carlo Giacosa is perfect to drink in combination with main courses of red meat, such as roasted and braised meat, or with a tasty risotto with porcini mushrooms.
