Description

The Barolo Ravera of Giacomo Grimaldi is a very elegant and intense Barolo wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes, cultivated on the hills between Barolo and Novello, more precisely in the homonymous Ravera cru. With a beautiful intense garnet red color with orange reflections, in the nose it develops a floral and fruity bouquet, with hints of violet and evident notes of cherry and blueberry. The taste is mineral, fresh, sapid, intense, characterized by an excellent structure. A wine suitable for ageing, the Barolo Ravera by Giacomo Grimaldi is excellent to drink in combination with important and tasty courses based on red meat, game, and aged cheeses.
