Description

Elegant and refined Barolo wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes coming from the Pajana area, situated in the so-called “Ginestra” cru in Monforte d’Alba. The colour of it is a wonderful and intense ruby red one, while its bouquet is various with spiced and fruited aroma and scents of licorice, cinnamon, black pepper, chocolate and vanilla. The taste is warm, intense and charming, endowed with persistence: it accompanies perfectly red meats, game, seasoned cheeses or first courses typical of Piedmont. This Barolo wine has a good capacity of aging: it must be bought, but it is better to drink it after some months.
