Description

The “Monte Colombo” Barbera d’Asti wine is obtained with grapes coming from the homonymous vineyards collocated in the district of Cassine, in the province of Alessandria. This Barbera wine is produced only in the best years, and it presents an intense ruby red colour, besides a smell of various, fruited and fragrant bouquet, with scents of currants, mature blackberries and cherries. Furthermore, it is a well-structured wine, with an intense and warm taste, but at the same time elegant, fresh and balanced. It is perfect in combination with roasts, flavourful first courses, soups, lasagne and medium seasoned cheeses.
