Description

The Roero La Val dei Preti is a red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes that, starting from the 2010 vintage, has obtained the "Roero" denomination. It presents itself with a beautiful bright ruby red color that turns garnet with aging. On the nose, it expresses an elegant floral and fruity bouquet, with notes of violet, red currant followed by good and intense aromas of jam, vanilla, and tobacco. In the mouth, it is pleasantly dry, warm, and soft, slightly tannic, with a pleasant freshness. An elegant and fine wine, the Roero La Val dei Preti by Matteo Correggia finds ideal companions in the second courses of traditional Piedmontese meat dishes and aged cheeses.
