The Barolo Rocche di Castiglione by Vietti is produced with Nebbiolo grapes carefully selected and grown in one of the historic vineyards of the Barolo production area, in Castiglione Falletto. It is a very elegant wine, characterized by a bright and brilliant ruby red colour. Its aroma is fruity and spicy, with notes of blackberries, plums and black cherries and hints of liquorice, spices and truffles. In the mouth it has a good structure, it is balanced and characterized by fine and elegant tannins. The Barolo Rocche di Castiglione by Vietti is perfect to accompany medium-aged cheeses, second courses of meat and game.
