The Dolcetto d'Alba “Roussot” of the Rinaldi Francesco & Figli winery is made with Dolcetto grapes grown in the hills around Barolo. Aged exclusively in steel to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the grape, the Dolcetto of Francesco Rinaldi & Figli has a bright ruby red color and develops floral and fruity aromas. The taste is dry, fresh and juicy and has a slight tannin. It is perfect to drink in combination with first courses, with a well-seasoned chicken salad or with a great cutting board of cold cuts.
