The wine owns a characteristic intense ruby red colour, while the perfumes are intense and fruited, with scents of violet, mature fruit, vanilla and green pepper. The taste is a warm one, at the same time endowed with a good structure. The Roero Riserva Sudisfà by Angelo Negro is perfect if drunk in combination with grilled red meat, risotto, boiled meat typical of Piedmont and seasoned cheeses.
