Description

The Barbaresco Montersino by Orlando Abrigo is an excellent red wine obtained from the sub-variety of Nebbiolo "Lampia"grown on the hills of Treiso. After a year of aging in wood, it shows a wonderful ruby red colour. In the nose you immediately perceive hints of berries followed by hazelnut and mint, on a spicy background. On the palate it comes light at first and then it reveals the consistency of its tannins. The Barbaresco Montersino by Orlando Abrigo can be consumed immediately, perhaps accompanied with red meat, game and dishes of the Piedmont tradition based on truffle; or you can let it age for a few years in the cellar.
