Description

The Barolo of Oddero is a red wine strong and tannic, produced with Nebbiolo grapes that come from different wine yards of Oddero winery. It has a shiny ruby red color and a vast, heavenly and fruity bouquet, with red fruits jam, violet, black pepper, tobacco, licorice, truffle and wet soil scents. The taste is rich, dry and persistent, with important tannins that give it strength and austerity. The Barolo by Oddero is perfect if drunk with roasted or braised red meats and aging cheeses.

All along Oddero family is owner of vineyards, so it is very difficult to establish a precise beginning of the wine making process.
