The Grignolino d’Asti Limonte of Giacomo Bologna-Braida is one of the historic red wines of Piedmont.
It shows on view a beautiful ruby red colour with garnet nuances. At nose it release wid floral and fruity aromas of rose, hay, apricot, plum, raspberry and cherry.
In mouth it is fresh and complex, with a good tannic body and well-balanced acidity.
It is all-round wine but it is perfect to drink withmeat dishes, typical cured meat of Piedmont tradition, vegetable soups, eel and medium seasoning cheeses.
