Description

The Barbaresco Gallina of Negro Giuseppe is produced with Nebbiolo grapes that come from the Cru Gallina in Neive. It has a great ruby red color and a fruity and fresh bouquet, with jam, mixed berries, violet and spice scents. The taste is rich, tannic and harmonic, persistent and it is perfect if drunk with red meats, roast and braised meats, game and aging cheeses. The Barbaresco Gallina has an excellent structure and it is very suitable for long-lasting aging.
