Garnet red with orange nuances
Elegant and complex
Intense and persistent
The Roero Riserva Sudisfà by Angelo Negro includes a great balance and pleasantness and it takes the name from the dialectal term of Piedmont “Sudisfà” that means satisfied. The wine owns a characteristic intense ruby red colour, while the perfumes are intense and fruited, with scents of violet, mature fruit, vanilla and green pepper. The taste is a warm one, at the same time endowed with a good structure. For its persistence, the Roero Riserva Sudisfà di Angelo Negro is perfect if drunk in combination with grilled red meat, risotto, boiled meat typical of Piedmont and seasoned cheeses.
