Description

Champagne Brut Premier Cru Alexandre by Soutiran is made up of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier. The vineyards are located in Ambonnay, in the southern part of Montagne de Reims. In the glass it is bright straw yellow with subtle and persistent bubbles. The nose is fragrant, wide and various, with notes of citrus skin, candied lemon, pear, pastry and marzipan. The sip is vivacious, juicy and fresh, very persistent. The aftertaste is surprisingly sapid. Champagne Brut Premier Cru Alexandre by Soutiran is recommended during a gourmet meal or paired with fish main courses.
