Description

Champagne Brut Tradition by Cottet-Dubreuil is an elegant wine made only during the best vintages, after an accurate grape selection. It’s made up of 70% Pinot Noir coming from Cote des Bar and 30% Chardonnay. In the glass it is bright pale yellow with a subtle and persistent perlage. The bouquet is charming, with floral hints, notes of citrus, grapefruit and small berries. The sip is fresh and vivacious, elegant, with notes of cassis, raspberry and ginger. We recommend Champagne Brut Tradition by Cottet-Dubreuil with fish carpaccio and seafood plateaux. It can be also served as cocktail or pre-dinner drink.
