Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs by Maurice Grumier is an exquisite wine made with 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier, whose grapes are highly selected and harvested by hand into the vineyards located in Vrigny, in the heart of La Marne Valley. In the glass it is bright straw yellow with a persistent and vivacious perlage. The bouquet id crackling, wide and complex, with hints of yellow fruits, bread crust, brioches and yeast. The sip is creamy, balanced, persistent, with a pleasant mineral note balancing the freshness in the mouth. Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs by Maurice Grumier is recommended with seafood, fish tartare, or typical French fish recipes.
