Description

Champagne Brut Grand Rosé by Château de Bligny is an elegant champagne coming from the only one Chateau within Champagne region. The grapes come from 8 different vineyards located into the 30 hectares. The vineyards enjoy a quite cold weather during Winter and the soils are rich in limestone and quite steep. Champagne Brut Grand Rosé by Château de Bligny is made of 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 15% of other red grapes. In the glass it is charming pink with raspberry red shades. The bouquet is fresh, direct and vertical with hints of lemon and orange zest. The sip is vibrant and pleasantly fresh, with notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, red cassis and bloody orange. The bubbles are soft and persistent. We recommend it as aperitif, with pork filet mignon or with a pomegranate dessert.
