Description

The Champagne Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru by Lallier is an elegant and refined sparkling wine, produced exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, sourced from two terroirs classified as Grand Cru in the Champagne region: Aÿ and Verzenay (Montagne de Reims). After a long aging process, it presents a beautiful intense golden yellow color, with extraordinary brilliance and fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it offers a complex and rich aromatic bouquet, characterized by notes of ripe fruit such as quince and pear, peach, and mandarin, accompanied by delicate hints of toasted almond. Pastry and brioche notes are also present, adding further depth and complexity. On the palate, the Champagne Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru by Lallier is rich and intense, with remarkable freshness and liveliness. The flavors of ripe fruit harmonize with toasted notes and pronounced minerality, creating a perfect balance. The mousse is creamy and enveloping, with a long and refined gustatory persistence. This Champagne is ideal as an aperitif but also pairs perfectly with fish dishes, white and red meats, and soft cheeses.
