Description

The Roero Arneis by Bric Cenciurio is a fresh and floral white wine, produced with 100% Arneis grapes grown on the hills of Castellinaldo, in the heart of Roero region. Both fermentation and aging take place in steel tanks, in order to express at best the typical freshness and aroma of the vine. Equipped with a beautiful straw yellow color, the nose expresses a floral and fruity bouquet, on which notes of white flowers, chamomile and broom, apple, peach, hazelnut, sometimes slightly herbaceous, stand out. In the mouth it is decidedly fresh and sapid, with a note of softness. A wine with a long and persistent finish, the Roero Arneis by Bric Cenciurio is perfect to drink in combination with white meats, vegetable appetizers, omelettes and fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
