In the North Eastof the France, on the Reno river, there are lots of wine producers, but everybody drive to an only direction, that is to go beyond the limits of what is technically possible. One of this producer is Andrey and Christian Binner, who works in a total area of 11 hectares, that is situated in the centre of the Alsace vineyards. These last represent a perfect summary between a traditional world created by the father Giuseppe Binner, and the modernity, introduced by the new working procedures. These wine producers cultivate their biological grapes by creating a natural wine, with the add of sulphur during the bottling phase.
Binner’s wine is aromatic and dry, but it is endowed with a great personality, and above all every year it is subdued to changes of perfumes and taste: this is the greatest peculiarity of Binner’s cave.
