The property consists of 30 hectares of vineyards, while every wines of the estate Dampt are bottled and produced in the domaine, and this means that all the wines are obtained by cultivated grapes in their vineyards. The purchase of powerful and modern instruments has allowed this cave to increase its bottles’ production, that today is equal to 150.000 bottles each year. The main purpose of Daniel Dampt is to underline the excellent characteristics that only the Chardonnay is able to show, if it is cultivated on the famous Kimmeridgien clay.
