Domaine Les Vignes Saint Vincent by Michel Delhommeau is a prestigious family-based winery historically located in Monnières, a nice village in the heart of the Muscadet wine territory, near Nantes. Michel Delhommeau, the current owner, took the reins of the estate in 1988 running at that time 17 hectares. In 2008 the winery started the process of organic conversion and in 2013 the company was officially certified as organic winery. Each practice both into the vineyards and in the cellar follows the Ecocert guidelines to preserve the environment and protect the terroir. The production is in constant evolution to reach the highest quality. Michel is sure that organic grapes produce wines with higher quality, and his goal is creating wines with a strong identity connected to the original terroir, rich in expressivity, balance and elegance. Michel Delhommeau consecrates high care to the vinification on the lees: this technique gives the wine deep complexity, structure and a peculiar identity.
