Dudognon

The Dudognon Winery was founded in the north of Bordeaux by the spouses with the same name Claudine and Gerald. Always the Dudognon family has distilled a great quality cognac, using, according to the tradition, a particular alembic fed by a coaled boiler. Their peculiarity is let the distillate ferment in wooden barrels without addition of sugar or caramel, in order to guarantee a more fine and elegant flavor.
