This Irish society produces Whiskey, a term used with this writing, in order to distinguish from the Scottish Whisky, considering that the war between these two distillates goes back up many and many years ago, when Ireland gave birth to it. In reality the Irish one is fruiter, and above all it is more balanced compared with the Scottish one.
