He is a German wine maker, who has created his winery in the locality of Graach, in the Mosella region, in Germany. Today this winery is not only managed by Willi Schaefer, but also by his son Christoph: both look after their vineyards in a precise way, while all the procedures are effected by hand. The estate of Willi Schaefer covers 3 hectares of Riesling vineyards, a quality of wine that joins elegance to an electric energy. The taste of this wine is a mix of lime, peach and minerals, to which a metallic flavour is added: this last is extracted by typical grasses of this locality. All the elements of this kind of wine are perfectly balanced among them, and for this reason the wine releases a sense of completeness.
