Vincent Girardin

In 1982 Vincent, the present wine maker of this cave and the exponent of the eleventh Girardin's generation, began to produce some wine, starting from only 2 hectares of vineyards. When his father abandoned the work of wine maker, by leaving to Vincent his heritage, this last has managed to buy other vineyards: in order to control them, he has introduced his wife in the cave, who supported Vincent since 1994. Nowadays the hectares of vineyards are 50, and the white wines reveal a fine and elegant taste.
