Amarone della Valpolicella

The Amarone of Valpolicella wine is made with grapes withered in special rooms, on wood slice: after the fermentation, a dry and opulent wine is obtained, with an elevated alcohol degree. The Amarone is made only in Valpolicella area, in Verona region. It takes its name from her slightly bitter characteristic. The perfume remembers the wither fruit, tobacco and spices; its taste is of great intensity.
