The Calvados Morin is a liqueur of apples, that is used during the preparation of some courses, too. It is produced in Normandy , where the cider is distilled. The society began to produce the Calvados in 1889 with Pierre Morin, first in the locality of Brionne, and then in the village of Normandy, Eure Valle. Today the property is directed by Mr. Viry, who has begun the exportation of this liqueur to lots of countries of the world.
